Ghaziabad is a town that falls under the category of
national capital region (NCR). It borders with the national capital and is
developing fast with tall rising skyscrapers. Its booming restaurants can be
seen easily with food outlets had opened in recent years.
These eateries
consist of both vegetarian and non vegetarian are serving delicious lip
smacking food. They are giving tough competition to the food outlets in Delhi.
This is the reason that in weekend people prefers Ghaziabad as a favorite
destination to dine. Besides, the location is also a great hangout and long
drive.
Earlier the place was associated mostly with Dhabas and
small eateries. Not many restaurants were there, but with the recent
developments and outsiders mostly the multinational companies generation
started to live. The number of food outlets has grown significantly catering to
young working generations. What is astonishing is the numbers of vegetarian restaurants in Ghaziabad has
opened up in recent years. This shows the trend that people is opting for a
healthy vegetarian diet. Serving traditional and authentic Indian food is the
USP of eateries opened there. Other than that Chinese, Continental, Thai and
fusion dishes are served.
They are extensively evolving their menu and not only
including the exotic dishes but cuisines from North to South Indian cuisines. Dosa,
idli, uttapam, rava dosa and varieties of chutneys are served there. The famous
Rajasthani thali served in Delhi is also available in most
restaurants in Ghaziabad. With a little bit of changes in the look and flavour
only to enhance it taste and texture.
